RELEASE
I, ___________, hereby grant The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, representatives, and their respective successors and assigns (collectively, “Goldman Sachs”) the right to photograph and record video/film footage of me, including sound ecordings of my voice (such photographs, footage and recordings collectively referred to as “Content”). I also grant Goldman Sachs the right to use the Content and my name and likeness in their informational, educational and promotional materials as they see fit in their sole discretion.
I understand and agree that Goldman Sachs may distribute, broadcast, publish, display, promote, sell, and use the Content and my name and likeness worldwide in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, in print, via television and radio (broadcast, cable and satellite), cassettes and DVDs and their packaging, on the Internet, in social media, and any other current and later-developed media. I agree that Goldman Sachs may engage in all such distribution, broadcasting, publication, display, promotion, sales, and use worldwide in perpetuity.
I waive any inspection or approval of the Content and its inclusion in informational, educational and promotional materials and the use of my name and likeness in such materials. I hereby release Goldman Sachs and its respective officers and employees from any liability for such use of my name and likeness and the Content and any claim of alteration, distortion, illusion, or faulty reproduction thereto, intentional or otherwise. I understand that this Release does not obligate Goldman Sachs to actually use my name, likeness, or any of the Content.
By signing this irrevocable, transferable Release, I acknowledge and agree that Goldman Sachs shall own the entire copyrights in the Content, and that the rights and releases I have granted to Goldman Sachs herein shall remain in force in perpetuity, and shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
